Actually, I have been told that there are lots of recordings of Gallodoro
from an unexpected source. I was told that he can be heard on many of the
animated cartoons from the 1940s and 50s, produced under names like Looney
Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, and others. When you see one of these cartoons, be
on the lookout for a chase scene, and listen for lightening-fast fingers
from the saxophonists or clarinetists. That's probably Gallodoro.

I got this tip from Bernie Portnoy when I studied with him at Indiana
University. Apparently, Gallodoro was more-or-less permanently on call
for all kinds of studio and commercial work when the parts were too
technical for normal mortals!
