Heard Ken Peplowski live about two weeks ago. I play clarinet and always
admired Goodman AND Shaw,, but Peplowski was in a new class altogether. He
played a few numbers on Tenor that were spellbinding and then even more
astounding on 3-4 tunes on clarinet.

Then there's Eddie Daniels! Have you heard the performance he did with the
Boston Pops? Just incredible. It would have left both Goodman and Shaw
drooling. The earlier comment was right, you can't call anyone the greatest.
There will always be somone else, and time doesn't stand still. JMHO
