Sorry, it would have to be read a half step UP.

I don't know why nobody has suggested reading Bb clarinet parts up a tone. It would give a wide variety of music to choose from, and let's face it, if you've got the chops to play Ab clarinet, you should probably have the transposing skills to do this.
