I chose music ed. because I WANTED to teach. In fact, when I auditioned for
the music dept. it was for a music minor. But, decided then that I really
wanted to teach music. Since I wanted to teach (I have wanted to be a
teacher since High School) and had a love of music, why not put them both
together. I have taught 3 years and could not imagine doing anything else.
I love working with kids. Instead of dreading Monday morning I actually
look forward to it.
