You can rid yourself of that grunt problem without the aid of a device. To
avoid grunting on G3-C3, your jaw must be slightly forward. I guarentee
you'll never grunt again if you do it properly. If grunting still occurs,
your register tube may be too long. I know Buffet has/had a problem with
register tube length on their A clarinets.
