If the instrument plays as beautifully as you say, you may have found a
treasure...no matter who the maker. Consider the typical, used Buffet R13 as a
benchmark. Those instruments generally command $800 to $1200. To pay $600 for
a wonderful, old clarinet that "fits" you sounds like a deal to me.
