A "site" license _may_ be granted by a copyright holder,
but normally isn't. You can always ask the copyright
owner.

For those who think that this kind of information doesn't
belong on this list - I heartily disagree. _This_, to me,
is a very important area of the _business_ side of music.
If you're intending to become a performer or teacher you
need to know this kind of information.
