They are assuming they have a "site license," but they don't. They are
playing with fire, and I don't mean that in a musical sense! Anyway, at
the university level, people are SUPPOSED to be responsible enough that
they won't lose music! (but I guess I'm overly optimistic, eh?) Legally,
these guys are not just on shaky ground, but knee-deep in quicksand and
sinking. That said, I sure do wish it WAS legal!
