This is sort of like an "Ormandy"ism (Eugene Ormandy used to say
some really, really dumb things in rehearsals), equivalent to "whoever's
not here today, please stand up".
I was dumped off of the list (digest) too, and resubscribed today. I would not
have even gotten this message if not for resubscribing. There should be
something that automatically resubscribes the list when a catastrophe like
that
occurs.
Funny, sad part is that if your not getting the digest (from getting dropped),
your not reading this anyway.

But what happened to the other 280 names that were on the digest
list? The only people on the digest list are people that re-subscribed
in the last few days. Isn't there a backup on that file somewhere?
The sys admins need to restore that file from the 29th or 30th of
March - that's the last time any previous subscriber got any digest!
