Subj: Another playing question: false teeth

First, in a city the size of New York, it is hard to believe that Pomarico
mouthpieces are unobtainable, but there you go... Stick with the ones I've
got for now.

Second, and since I'm only getting back into this, there is another issue.
I'm not a kid anymore. I've got (yuck) partials: rear partials for the
uppers, but an almost complete set of teeth for the lower. I have not
noticed anything odd as long as I remember to glue the damn things into my
mouth to keep them from rattling around. But I wonder if there CAN any
effect on playing--embouchure, etc.--caused by dentures.

"The East River. But it was not a river at all. Merely a column of water
connecting the upper harbor to the Sound. Yet everyone called it a river.
They chose not to think about it. They clung to the surface of things."
