I play tuba and clarinet as well and I think that there is little or no effect
on my clarinet embouchure from tuba playing. Really, I don't see why there
would be that much of a problem, you just have to remember which you are
playing and focus on what you need to do on each instrument to produce the kind
of tone, articulation, etc that you desire. In fact, I think playing two or
more instruments is a good thing. The mere exposure to double (at least) the
music will help you become a better all around musician, and I can say that
playing in our school band (I play Eb/Bb Clarinet) I am a more productive
member of the ensemble because I have a better appreciation of what the tubas
are doing.

I would encourage you to keep up your hard work. You can never learn enough,
however remember the old phrase "Jack of all trades but master of none." I
must concede that I have focused more on clarinet than tuba and consequently my
proficiency on the former has fallen off. However, this is because I haven't
had as much time to practice, not due to any problems with embouchure. I would
say that as long as you have the time go for it!!
