Probably. But unless you are a very serious clarinet player, I wouldn't
worry too much about it. Besides, it is difficult to predict the affect.
It may even be positive! I know a guy in a college music program who's
instructor wants him to stop playing sousaphone in marching band because he
thinks it is destroying the guy's trombone embouchure. I think he thinks
that is baloney, but I really couldn't say. Proceed with caution, but I
doubt you'll hurt anything all that much.

P.S.: I do own a trumpet and a trombone and have played them in public before.
