Richard,

I premiered a work by a composer named Richard Weinhorst, who wrote a
one movement work for Clarinet and Harp......can't remember the title
right now.....and I ended up rescoring the middle section for a quick
switch to A Clarinet......specifically because the key area was so
treacherous and difficult. On A Clarinet, it was simple.....and the
switch was easy. The composer had no problem with the idea....and away we
went! The performance went well.....we later performed it later on the
radio....live.
