The most valuable things you could do, James, when you go antique shopping for
dead and walking wounded clarinets are:

1. Learn how to repair them so that they will play music again instead of just
collecting dust--them, not you ;-)

or

2. Sell them to me or another like-minded person at a fair price so that we
can give them new life.
