Just a little more info.

The notes to Robert Listokin's recording of the Sonata Attique on Golden Crest
Records (RE 7052) only contain a short paragraph on the piece, but note that,
"The 'Sonata Attique' suggests Greek dance rhythms in its first and third
movements ..."
