Stephen,

This is a common problem with the prestige line. You can have the spring
tightened, but it would be better to have a spring placed beneath the RH
low F# key to help.....this is what the old designe of the Buffet R-13
used to have. This is a problem I have been having with my Prestige, and
Francois Kloc explained it is an easy fix.
