Specify which sax ans which clarinet you're referring too, please!! For
now, I'm assuming you mean Bb soprano clarinet and Eb alto saxophone. To
transpose from Bb clarinet to Eb alto sax, you would have to write the
music UP a P5 (perfect fifth). The second line G on alto sax will sound
the same pitch as a C below the staff on Bb clarinet. To transpose from
piano to Bb clarinet (I am going in steps now!!), you'd have to transpose
the notes UP a M2 (major second). So, to transpose piano to Eb alto sax,
you'd have to transpose the notes UP a M6 (major sixth).

I'm pretty sure about this. Correct me if I'm wrong.
