See, that is the problem in a nutshell: YOU can be ready, Company Z can be
ready, even Morgan Stanley (my other address I subscribe from) can be
ready...but if everyone of importance is not...then things are still going
to be badly hosed. And of course, the ever-popular US Gub'mint is leading
the retrograde march into the 14th century.....
