I was wondering....do any of you suffer from TMJ, how do you treat
it, and how does it affect your clarinet playing?

I do! It isn't affecting my clarinet playing as much as it is
affecting my migraines. I do however have to wear an "appliance" for
two months over the summer which should help the situation immensly -
the only drawback is that i won't be able to play with it in and I
have to wear it 24 hours a day. A small price to pay for realtive
comfort in the long run.
