Remember that M. Kloc's primary job is making sure that new Buffet
professional instruments are in good shape when they leave the warehouse.
That is great. If he has time to do a little more once in a while, that is
fine, too.

However, there are many fine clarinet repair people out there (some on this
list) who can work on your instrument. This is their primary occupation and
they are less likely to be distracted or interrupted by other
responsibilities.
