Does anyone know anything about Daniel Rye (born in 1964 and presumably
from the UK).

He is the composer of "Folk Songs and Dances from Eastern Europe" which is
on the Thurston Clarinet Quartet "Clarinet Carnival" CD. No publisher is
listed for this piece.
