I strap my saxes only...waaaaaaay back when I marched bass, I strapped
that as well, but since then, it's all peg...

Only one student in our studio uses a neckstrap regulary - she just
started recently, due to increased pain in her right wrist. That'd be the
only reason to use one that I can think of. She is the only other student
besides moi that is playing a Greenline stick as well...possibly a
foreboding of what shall become of my right wrsit? I should hope not...
