I am going to make sure everyone of my students in the studio reads your
comments on dead rooms! I have a large studio with carpets and six large
accoustic sound panels on the walls. The students would rather play in
the tile hallways and really sound great. However, the set-up in my room
seems to pay off later on. I might add that the McCracken Wind Quintet
also rehearses in here and nothing escapes anyone. Just a thought.
