Well by golly, I just had one published......12 Variations by Mozart
arranged for 3 Clarinets and Bass Clarinet (well - not quite the quartet
you were looking for?) - based on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. I would be
honored to have you perform it!

You might consider the Uhl Divertimento for three Clarinets and Bass
Clarinet, any of the Stadler Trios for Basset Horn (and Mozart
Divertimenti) - they have altered parts if the horns don't go to a low C
on the third part......always good.
