Ms or Mr. Gallant,

I am a Mr., as Francois is a male name in Europe and my last name is spelled
Kloc. But this is not a problem, the principal is to communicate and I would
like to thank you for your answer. You are right, I am working for a company
who sells musical instruments, but I've been a maker myself since I was 15
years old and I will never misinform the consumer. My job is to inform the
customer I said "it is not plastic, but a material with some life in it",
because I believe it. I worked on this product and I play an oboe myself made
of Green Line and I feel some life in it. I would like to tell you that I
have not said anything false and I would sign my name to it. I have worked
hard and I spent a lot of time learning with the best makers. If you want to
call the Green Line plastic, fine, but I don't think it is plastic because of
the incredible response and feeling you have with this material. I have
played some plastic instruments and they do not have the same feeling.

I hope to meet you one day and discuss this with you. If you want, you can
contact me at 847-816-2500 x423.

Musically yours,
Francois Kloc
