Not a flame, just correcting one of my pet peeves, and horribly, horribly
off topic (my apologies):

The First Amendment prohibits *government* from passing laws that inhibit
freedom of expression. It says nothing about private citizens or groups of
private citizens limiting expression. For example, this is why internet
service providers can limit hate speech, violence or pornography on the web
pages that their customers create.
