Hmmmmm.....what a quandry. I can pass along what I have been told....that
is, trill from above unless you approach the note from below. But, as Dan
will tell you, that is complete guesswork.....we don't really know what
was done then. The treatise by Leopold Mozart helps in this regard,
but....for the most part, it is a crap shoot!
