Well, first you put the screw into the little hole where it goes.
Tweezers may be necessary to hold in place. Then you get this little
device called a screwdriver. A standard one works best; I HIGHLY
advise against the use of a Phillips. Now, insert the flat end of the
screwdriver into that neat little slot on the screw, and twist
clockwise...
