"Universal Method for Saxophone" by Paul DeVille is somewhat like the
Klose method (at least in physical heft) - a little bit of everything.

"Foundation Studies for Saxophone" - David Hite. An adaption of Baermann
scale exercises for sax.

In my opinion, interval study is very important for doublers. The sax
does respond very differently than clarinet, despite the superficial
similarities of mp and fingering system.
