For me, memorizing music is inevitable sometimes because I practice it so
much. But then I feel it's better when i have the music in front of me. When I
keep on playing from my memory, the music gets distorted a bit. And when I do
play it with someone, the rhythm messes up, probably because in my brain I
remember an 8th note instead of a 16th note, or somehting like that. So I just
usually prefer to have the music rather than try and play it from my memory.
