I was just at a clarinet (bass) lesson and I my teacher (who was playing a
soprano Bb) started laughing about the name of fingering in the back of a book
called "Power Bb". She tried the regular throat fingering, then the "Power"
one and it sounded much much better. Her throat Bb sounds like crap (On some
Buffet-Crampon), but this fingering sure does work, although complicated. Try
it out:

Throat A, 2-3, Side #3 from bottom, 2-3, C key (also low F key)
