Editio Musica, Budapest, Hungary, and Hungaroton, Hungary, were his
publishers (at least for his Concerto and a few other pieces).

I don't see that particular piece listed in any on-line catalogs,
but you might try inquiring directly to either of those
publishing houses as a start.

Also, try writing or calling Harmonia Mundi France (the CD publisher)
and the Ensemble Walter Boeykens (the players) for further info. It
may possibly be an unpublished piece played by permission of the
estate.
