My Buffet A clarinet, purchased in 1969, came with such a cloth for
polishing the keys. I keep it in my double case and usually forget about
it. About once a year or so I happen to notice it, pull it out, and rub it
over the keys of whichever clarinet I happen to be holding. The keys on my
Buffet Bb clarinet, which was purchased in 1967 and is used much more often
than the A, are significantly more worn.
