Hi folks. I would like to know if some of you have had any
expirience with bass clarinet extension.
I saw it in a old issue of "the clarinet".
How much can is it price?(to change the bass from low Eb to low C).

My teacher had an extension made for his Selmer bass (what a great sound that
horn has!) for about $1000, I think (it's been a few years since I studied
with him). The notes were played a la bassoon, i.e. with the thumb.
