Great topic of conversation. Fifty years is tough, though--I can't
think of a really great chamber piece written after the Quartet for the
End of Time or Bartok's Contrasts, which I believe are both just over 50
years old.

I was actually hoping to get different ideas, perhaps
"personal favorite five" or even "the five most-likely to become
standards
or classics."
