This sounds like silver, as opposed to nickle-silver, keys. All of my
clarinets have been nickle-silver, so someone else would have to advise
you on how to take care of silver, if that is the case.

WW/BW would have to advise as to what exchanges they would be willing to
make or if that horn is available in nickle-silver.
