...a good guess is, the linkage between the first finger right hand key and
the pad under the right hand it should close needs adjustment. Check to see
if the latter closes completely...if not, note the small screw on the
connecting bar that, with minimum turning, will eliminate the leak. The 1-1
[or 1-2] fingering shouuld give you an accurate Bb on the bass as well as
any other clarinet.
