I don't know what you think of as a correct B flat position, but you can
have your wrists too high on that instrument too - this makes the R.H.
little finger keys awkward to use at speed and the holes hard to cover,
and may well go together with your thumb being too far over to the left,
putting strain on the thumb and wrist.
