It really depends on the application. You can use regular Bb and put the
first finger of the RH down and then use 1-1 as the alternate fingering
for Eb ......but you only have a couple of possibilities for Bb.......

Eb possibles: 1-1, 1-2, side, fork - all coming from regular Bb
Bb possilbes: regular to any of the above. Side Bb to fork Eb.

That's about it.
