My suggestion to anyone dealing with this - Make sure that your income/outgo
records are up to snuff, then find a good CPA. Yes, they can be pricey, but
ours is worth every penny we pay him for the deductions he finds and the
refund he can get us. This whole deal is way too complex to deal with by
yourself!!
