Not that I have any authority on the matter, but I prefer prefer to fin=

it wheneven possible with the A- and 3rd 'trill'-key. I also cover a th=
e 3rd and
4th left hand fingerholes to improve resonance. I somehow believe the 3=
rd trill
key is at the correct position, in contrast to the speaker key that ser=
ves a lot
of purposes.
