There is a very informative book called Repetitive Strain Injury, A
Computer User's Guide, by Emil Pascarelli, MD and Deborah Quilter. ISBN
0-471-59533-0. I understand Dr. Pascarelli specializes in computer and
musical instrument related diseases and this book contains a wealth of
information and advice. It's computer biased, but useful all the same.
