Just a quick response to this......the pain is caused by inflamation. The
Ibuprofen does not mask pain, it simply reduces swelling which reduces
pain. As simple as that!

Hey....I swim too! Lots of fun.....who can beat 7:00 flat for a 500 yard
swim with flips? LOL

Abstension from the clarinet is often important.......all good
recommendations.
