I would like to do a Private teacher survey of lesson cost. I will post the
results after I compile them. I enclose the address of a anonymous remailer
so that the info you provide will not have your name on it if you desire to
remain private. This is what I will include in the survey, and please send
me the survey (not the list) privately.
This survey is for teachers as well as students, amateurs, and
professionals (students can write what their teacher costs, etc.)

experienced teachers in your area charge, and what is the average cost if
you know that):

I filled out a survey for someone else about a year ago, but they never
posted the results (for flute list) so I'm going to do this myself.
