The R-13 Greenline Clarinets aren't made of plastic! According to Boosey and
Hawkes, its "90% recycled ground grenadilla wood" and the rest is just a
synthethic compound to hold the grenadilla grounds together, but it's not
plastic.

Now, I don't know how well these "recycled wood" clarinets play, but they
are very durable, and resist cracking in extreme temperatures. (which is
more than I can say for my plastic Bundy)
