Hmmm... I never "sucked" on my reeds... I always placed them in my mouth
to allow soaking. After I discovered the Borchert method for preparing
reeds, I made sure my reeds were sealed... but even then, I didn't suck on
them. Just soak. Comments? Am I just out in left field? Behind the
fence even?
