I would have to agree with Mark Charette on this one. I used the Stubbins
book in high school and it changed my conseption of the clarinet and the
sound that i produced. I played bass clarinet for 6 years and was making
the switch to full time clarinet playing. I hated the shrill sound that
the clarinet made. After working for about an hour a day on some of the
excersise in the book...for about 2 months..i found a vast difference
in my playing..i hope that it does the same for you.
