Reason #102 Why I love this list! You guys are a riot!!!!

Anyway, the real reason I write is to ask about altissimo notes. Upon
recently torturing myself by practicing Philip Sparke's Dance Movements
with the ridiculously high notes written in the Bb part, I realize I need
work on altissimo runs and the like. Is there any book out there that
concentrates on altissimo studies? Is there a book or chart with notes
written higher than C4? Thanks!!
