I haven't heard this one before. I log onto the Internet, as most people do,
through a local phone connection. It's hard for me to see how the phone
company would know when I'm using the phone for voice communication and when
for Internet access. They'd have to tack the charge onto my regular local
phone service. There has to be more to this than appears here.
