I am using Daniels reeds. I got them in Oregon, from my teacher, Dick Boberg.
You can call him at Woodwind Repair, (503) 626-0854. The strength is
comparable to V12s, and I have found them pretty consistent. Now I changed my
whole setup, though (mouthpiece, barrel, ligature), and am re-evaluating
whether I want to use Daniels or some other reeds.
